Do all four plugins work together?
Yes — they're designed as a suite. For example, LeadIQ can trigger based on security events from UltraGuard, and SubscriptionPro integrates with LeadIQ's capture forms. They share a unified settings dashboard.
Are the plugins compatible with my theme and page builder?
All four plugins are tested with the most popular themes (Astra, Divi, GeneratePress, Kadence, OceanWP) and page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Bricks, Divi Builder) and the native WordPress block editor.
Which WordPress version do I need?
We require WordPress 6.0 or higher and PHP 8.0 or higher. We recommend running the latest stable versions of both.
Licensing & Pricing
How many sites can I use the plugins on?
Personal: 1 site. Professional: up to 5 sites. Agency: unlimited sites. All site counts cover your own sites and client sites you manage.
What happens when my licence expires?
Your plugins continue to work after expiry, but you won't receive updates or support. We strongly recommend renewing to stay on the latest, most secure versions. Renewal is 40% discounted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date. Manage everything via your Freemius dashboard.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits or educational institutions?
Yes — we offer 30% off for qualifying non-profits and educational institutions. Contact us with proof of status.
Support & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll process it within 2 business days.
How do I get support?
All plans include email support. Professional and Agency plans receive priority status with faster response times. Submit tickets via the support page.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you even more time to evaluate risk-free on your real site.
